Let's assume the mm's are holding this back for whatever reason. There could be as little as one investor who could singlehandedly break em. The price of 23 is cheap, a few blocks with size could snap a few short positions. I predict, been wrong since Oct.98, but, I'll keep trying, that someone or a group, maybe even a microcap fund, is going to begin accumulating with the mm's in mind. Hold tight, why sell here anyway, and let's give the buyers a chance to take this beyond the 43 cent ceiling. The orders are rolling, the prospects are very good, and TAL should not be at 23 cents. A market cap of under 4 million dollars is ridiculous. best returns
