The solution is to complete the consolidation to preserve the listing, and then do a rights offering to (1) help the shareholders get some of their position back, at a discount to the market price, and (2) to raise some capital in the process to be able to proceed with the Sungai Gelam deal, as well as potential deals elsewhere.

I cannot say it enough: No NASDAQ listing for Tracer will doom the company to failure. By voting against the consolidation, you are creating too great off a risk that the NASDAQ listing will be lost. Do you really think that this would be in the best interests of the shareholders?
