James, Thanks for the input. I know Kazakhstan well - I have tried to do deals there before, but getting the product to market (oil and gas) is a real problem, and if you sell the product inside the country, there is a real problem getting paid. Also, thanks in part to the demise of Hurricane Hydrocarbons ("HHLAF"), Kazakhstan is unfinancable for small oil companies. Also, if you look at a chart of AIPN, you will see that it has not performed well historically. If you ask around you will also find that the Company has a very bad reputation within the investment community - it is perceived as being nothing but a "hype". But thanks again for the positive input - I am always open to suggestions. DRR
