David Robinson, Since my family is one of the larger stockholders of Tracer, you can rest assured that I work extremely hard to understand about Tracer. It is because of my affection for this small company and the respect I have for my fellow stockholders that we have put together the proxy shares to defeat the rollback. This fact will not change. You can talk all you want to, but the astute investors who have known about you for years know what your intentions are. There will be no rollback! We will keep repeating this until June 4th when we handily defeat this proposal. At that point you can choose to leave the board if you wish or you can stay until July 20th. If you want to write on the SI instead of doing your job then go ahead. It just makes us respect you even less. THE ONLY WAY YOU WILL MAKE MONEY FROM THIS WILL BE IF WE THE STOCKHOLDERS WITH OUR CURRENT SHARES MAKE MONEY WITH YOU IN SOME DEALS! Otherwise, you can leave. All of you stockholders keep e-mailing with your support. You obviously understand the truth of what is going on and don't want to loose 2/3 of your shares. You also don't want to pay for stock again that you have already paid for. These guys are like used car salesmen. They will tell you that a jalopy is a brand new car.
