The main competitive advantage is that they have by far the largest and best stock chain of computer stores in the country. And there is no substitute for a venue that allows you to see, touch, and even play with a product.
Also the CPU and Gateway Country store in metro New Orleans are close. The last time I was at the CPU there were more than 75 people in it after 8 pm and the Gateway store was almost empty.
I think us SI CPU threaders should start harassing the board.
