That's interesting Mex, but the tightening of M-3 over the past 12 months tells me what will happen, it is etched in stone now. They have not had to touch rates officially yet, because they have been taking the M-3 down hard. The FED has slowly been taking the gasoline from the fire, at some point people will realize this, hopefully before something really bad happens. Maybe the GS ipo signaled the top? Money supply shrinks, rates go up, overpriced equities get hit with selling. Underpriced dogs get their turn. And day trades will always be around.
