westel/aware - westel looks like it may be trading at a discount (3.5x trailing) to aware (94x trailing) on a revenue multiple basis; yet despite westel's revenue being stronger its losses were heavier vs. aware's growth and loss cutting which looks attractive

overall, on a pure valuation basis, the gap here looks too wide in favor of aware and at the expense of westel in my view
