A lot of volume on no news.
Who's buying this dog? They are long over due on any financing
announcement. It looks like they may have also missed this years
construction window. Must be day traders going for a quick pump.
This stock does not need a lot of volume to move.
Any lucky buyers at .06?

Bob

News Releases Published by Various Agencies and On the Internet

BusinessWire
Wednesday March 8 1:35pm

BALA CYNWYD, Pa.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 8, 2000--Country World Casinos, Inc. (OTCBB Listed: CWRC, CWRCE) Recently the Company has been prominently mentioned in a series of news releases published by various agencies and on the Internet as one of many securities manipulated by a group of brokerage houses and individuals beginning in 1993.

Formal charges filed in Federal District Court do not include Country World Casinos or accuse the company with any wrongdoing.

The Company will continue in its efforts to complete joint venture and finance arrangements with Beverly Hillbillies Gaming Entertainment Company LLC as previously announced, as well as others so that construction of a gaming and hotel facility can be built in Black Hawk, Colorado.

On March 3, 2000, an "E" was added to the company's stock symbol denoting an omission of the company's filings with The Securities and Exchange Commission. The OTCBB has been contacted and the matter is currently being researched by the company.

Additionally, the company announced the resignation of its Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Larry Berman. Mr. Berman cites a conflict of interest with regard to extensive loans he made to and in support of the company (approaching $10 million) as well as pending personal issues for his decision to resign.

William H. Patrowicz, the company's Secretary and Treasurer today stated, "I am dismayed with events of last week and its effect on our shareholders. The company will continue its ongoing efforts to bring this project to fruition despite the actions of others in the past. When I joined Country World in 1995, the Securities and Exchange Commission was previously investigating accusations and we assisted in providing all required documentation. In August 1996, the Commission advised the company's President that its investigation had been terminated without enforcement action being recommended to the Commission. Lastly, we will deeply miss Mr. Berman as without his vision for this project and constant monetary support, the shareholders of the company might have lost their total investment five years ago."

Country World Casinos, Inc., headquartered in Bala Cynwyd, Pennsylvania, is an OTC listed company whose plan is to develop and build a casino hotel and entertainment complex which will include 1,000 slot machines, 32 gaming tables, fine dining, entertainment, gym and pool facilities valet and self parking for approximately 1,000 cars and bus facilities at Black Hawk, Colorado.

This press release contains forward-looking statements. All forward-looking statements involve risks and uncertainties, including, without limitation, the risks detailed in the Company's filings and reports with the Securities and Exchange Commission. Such statements are only predictions and actual events or results may differ materially from those projected.
