Long live PMA, and now the word "come".

Whispered now, soon to be shouted?

We finally get an apology/settlement by the SEC by having the
chares against the (company) dismissed.

Notice how the charges against the company are gone and rightfully so for it is not us shareholders that did anything wrong, it was the directors and officers of the company and those charges at the moment are still pending.

Once your friends Ericksen and Turner are cleared then the path will be paved to leave the "pinks" in the rear view mirror, until then I personally think they will stay "pinked" unfortunately.

Remember it was the actions of the directors of the company that caused this, no one else, and they remain accused.

And yes it is almost a year since the big release, the most significant event since that day, the company has distanced themselves from Guido

and Guido's techniques are not even accepted by the geological community,

as Mr Metals once said,

PMA equals Positive Metallurgical Analysis

time to wake up Joe.

Jackel,

Maybe you could say something about the many demands placed upon the company. ( This subject would be meaningless, should an explanation come from the outside. )

Curious,,,,Is Fussbucket politically appointed or sponsored?
