Pat, I agree entirely with your view. Alan should not be doing two roles but Im not sure just how diminished TMs role as CEO is. If you're correct in that hes doing the job of CEO aswell then he really has 3 roles (way too many) as he is also President ontop of COO. As far as him accepting the blame.... well what can I say he's president, Lifes tough at the top (not that I really know!) Paragon had some case studies on their web site that were very informative I can only say that having them onside would be a great asset. What do you believe the plan is? And better yet do you think we should expect to be told roughly what that plan will be when the final figures come out? cheers Rhys
