This has been the most interesting day on this thread in a long time. Just wish I was a "man of the cloth" so I could bless each of you for your posts. Ajs, would you please tell us when Conte advised you that the Logan stock sale did not go through, and that the big receivable had not been collected? If Conte said they were working with the auditor on it, did he say who the auditor was? Also, how did your friend order Erogenex from Erogen? Erogen doesn't have the product according to Genesis, Tri-Vista does. Have to agree with all posters today (except ajs) as to the actions of the Company in the past, and that there is little chance that they will ever change. The buyout of the major shareholder is important news, and they reported it because it would make investors happy. But when the deal fails, no mention of it in a press release because it will make investors upset. Just feed 'em the stuff they want!
