Moi? Read my note again. I didn't suggest a thing. I just said that it seemed to me that in order for NPEC to really take off that one of the above would have to be in the background. Therefore, one could conclude from that the suggestion that if one of the above was not in the background that NPEC maybe wouldn't take off. But, like I said to Jim...NPEC is going to go up...there is no other scenario. Just like the fact that Tucson, Arizona is going to have very nice weather next week. Tucson, Arizona?
