Eltech is manufacturing Lanier's medical dictation device that we designed, both hardware and software, and features our MicroOS. We are supplying the dictation device and docking station that are a part of Lanier's Cquence Medical dictation system. We have in hand Lanier's initial purchase order worth $3 million over the first five full months of production and then we will be receiving rolling forecasts from them on a quarterly basis. Because so much is going on in the Internet music industry, Lucent's stated goal is to have EPAC-enabled products available this Christmas. In regards to Intel, we are scheduled to deliver on our contract with them mid-summer and will then jointly market this speech-to-text and text-to-speech technology platform.
