Has everyone forgotten that AT&T just bought IBM Global Network? Here is a recent email from IGN:

"As announced on December 8, 1998, IBM has reached agreement with AT&T
Corp. to sell the IBM Global Network to AT&T. As a result of this
agreement, in the United States your Local Service Provider (i.e.,
Internet Service Provider) will be AT&T, and your PROGRAM LICENSE
AGREEMENT and your AGREEMENT FOR IBM GLOBAL NETWORK ACCESS TO INTERNET
SERVICES ("Service Agreement") are hereby amended to reflect their
assignment of such agreements from IBM to AT&T effective April 30, 1999."
