The set-top war will be interesting since there are a lot of players. CE is ready now and is a scaled down version of the most popular desktop environment; sounds like a good fit. Coupled with MSFT's telco/cable buying spree as of late puts them in a front-running position right now. If they deliver the tech to T chances are T will use them for the near to mid term at least in their roll outs. MSFT will now probably put pressure (incentives) on Sony and friends to align with them in a CE solution. p.s. on a side note did you checkout StrongARM running Linux - checkout this: linux.org
