ABOV-AboveNet sets two-for-one stock split Friday May 7, 7:21 am Eastern Time SAN JOSE, Calif., May 7 (Reuters) - AboveNet Communications, a provider of Internet connectivity services, said on Friday it will effect today the two-for-one stock split announced by the company on March 30, 1999. AboveNet completed an offering of 4 million shares in April with 1.18 million of those shares coming from selling shareholders.
