This news confused me a bit. Does it mean that Spectre wants the merger to go through and DEGA is trying hard to get out of it? I have heard that it would be better for DEGA if the merger is off....

Thanks for posting the Spectre article. I have already been in touch with the DEGA. With respect to your question, "should we switch to Spectre stock now?" ---- My personal response: NO. In fact, since the ask slipped a bit on Dega this morning, I bought more today!

This article is confusing and is an attempt by Spectre to put a spin on their value to the "proposed" merger (in my opinion).

DEGA is the company with the substance. Needless to say, we expect news from DEGA early next week on this topic (to set the record straight) and other positive announcements.
