HC, I have not heard anything but loaded up with 15,000 shares when it hit .49 this week. I find your merger possibility interesting. I believe that LITH has excellent management where VLNC brings manufacturing capability. Both companies have excellent technology but a big plus for LITH is their technology is not a spin off of Bellcore technology. We all know LITH and VLNC are hurting for financing, by joining forces perhaps they bring in bigger players. Also since Acer has representation on LITH board of directors, and you believe Acer's new notebook will use VLNC Lithium poly battery, it makes you wonder..?? Could you tell me who sits on VLNC board? I also own VLNC (5,000 shares)and would like to see some news within the next three months. One or both of these guys have to step up the news on where they are heading. Best of luck.. TechMonster
