Sounds wrong to me. I hope it's wrong. ARTT will be better served by a partner who brings business opportunities and sales clout to the story, not just cash.

I can't imagine that ever occurring.

The only thing that CSCO could provide is the ATM side of the connection. CSCO has no experience at all with the wireless equipment, which is kind of important for a wireless company.

I guess it is possible if CSCO either partners with or buys ARTT and CSCO also buys a wireless equipment company like PCOM, but that's a pretty steep if.
