Have you figured in the tax aspects of the $30 in cash? Does anyone know how that is treated? capital gain or just reduction in basis?

Do you have any information on the Cash part of the T offering to UMG? I understand they might increase the cash part of the offering if T drops, but don't know the detail. Thanks for the info.
