TLWN in full swing,

I visited TAL on Tuesday, I was in the area on business and decided to drop in. I was greeted
by the President and given a tour of the production facility and this is what I witnessed,

There were at least 3-4 thousand engines that had just arrived.
They are producing 3-4 hundred machines a day.
They had a pick up for 239 machines for Meiyers while I was there.
I went into their storage area and they had at least 3,000 machines just sitting there, so I
asked Dallas why they were sitting there and he explained to me that they were ready for
Wal-Mart.
I also visited their sales department and I acually saw real orders coming in on their new EDI
system and over the phones for the Direct Orders.
They explained that on May 15th their banner adds on the internet begin and it should drive
alot of trafic to the site, we can expect a total of 250,000 impressions on 3 popular site, one of
which is Home & Garden.com. I believe this will accomplish two things it will increase direct
sales, and hopfully atract more investors.
They are also very close to getting a loan with a large bank in NYC for increased production
for next year for about $1,500,000.
They are constantly making improvement to their products and hope to add at least 2 more
products for next year.
I also saw the prototype of the imfamous leaf blower and it is in the raw developement stage
and could have great potential once perfected. It mostly showed me the vision the company
has for futuristic machines for lawn care. Their electric machines were quite impressive,
Dallas demonstated them for me and I feel that with additional capital these machines could
be on the production line as early as next year.
The last time I visited the company about two months earlier they were certainly not in the
condition they are in now, I was quite impressed.

Hopr my report was helpful.
