American Gateway Telecom to Provide Capital Services With International
Long Distance Service to 21 Countries

WESTLAKE VILLAGE, Calif., May 7 /PRNewswire/ -- American Gateway Telecommunications (AGT), a subsidiary of Coyote Network Systems, Inc. (Nasdaq:
CYOE - news), today announced it signed an agreement with Capital Services Inc. of South Florida, under which AGT plans to provide international long distance
service to 21 countries. The initial deployment is for 72 T1s of international long distance traffic to be billed on a ''minutes-used'' basis.

Based in Miami, Florida, Capital Services Inc. of South Florida provides international long distance services, primarily to 21 developing nations. GTE
Communications Corporation (GTECC) recently announced it signed a 10-year, $265 million agreement with Capital Services in which GTECC will supply
domestic transport services for Capital Services' voice traffic. Capital Services is also a licensed operator in Canada and Denmark.
