I don't think i am pumping at all only repeating what has already been released in previous news releases. They are in fact going for a Nasdaq listing. I new about the financing deal although i forgot about the particulars as i hadn't followed mcf for a while until the last couple of days. And why else would they be raising cash but to either provide an opportunity to acquire or merge with a company along the same goals as themselves. I do not look at the selling of new shares as selling off part of the company but as a strategic move to acquire cash to proceed with there business model rather than borrowing it. They are giving the opportunity to people that have great foresight to buy a company with a great future. So to put it short and sweet im am not pumping just displaying the facts and my own opinion.
