Maybe Sharon can go over to the Datek thread and help out the rest of us who are complaining about what Datek's done to us in the last few days :)

In my case they failed to execute a confirmed buy stop market order when the stock spent an hour and a half above the stop price.... - a small quantity of a very liquid stock.

i talked to cnbc!

mohan marette and thread: i spoke to sharon epperson minutes ago. ran thru the events to date...told her we have emailed the sec concerning matter and haven't as yet, but are planning to write GS about our experience also. she was interested in how it all came about...and datek's spin on the matter. also what compensation i was offered (20 free trades...and really only 10 until i said i saw RT offered 20!!! what a joke!) told her i thought 230 free trades would be more like it! she wanted to know where "my profit" went...i said "me too!" somebody has it, but not me. spot is suppose to air sometime today (i think)
