My statement was not intended to be either bullish or bearish. I was just trying to illustrate that looking at loss per share can be misleading when the share count is growing. The same total loss will yield a reduced loss per share due to the increased number of outstanding shares.

As of April 14, 1999, there were 49,594,468 Common Shares outstanding.
