Can you give me a brief explanation of how you use the execl sheet.
It sounds to me like you mite want to use something like Access to store your results,works very smooth with excell and provides historical querying. I could design a database pretty quickly from
the spread sheet.

I might be off in my reading of your request , but I would like to contribute.
