Sounds like something that would make a great billboard

VISUAL: Tight shot of a box filled with "PC Junk" being carried away.
Lots of white space to the right.

Headline in white space to the right: "If it doesn't work, take it back and get an iMac."

Can you imagine what that would do to computer stores if they suddenly got scads of returns and orders for iMacs?

Most people don't even consider returning the thang. They don't want to lose face or look stupid to the slack jawed store clerk.

This ad would tell the consumer, "There's nothing wrong with you. It's ok to take back junky PC equipment to the store."
