XSNI... DD O/S: 34M Float: 19M Management owns 95% of the float.... leaving 1-2M tradable. First you must (if you haven't already) see:x-stream.com The story of the evolution of X-stream is very complicated. For now, X-stream is a free ISP in the U.K. X-stream was the first company to provide free inet access in the U.K. This is changing now. Currently INXS has deals signed to provide free access in Austria, South Africa, Switzerland and a few other countries. The response in the U.K. has been so great that the company is expanding all over Europe. X-stream is a "portal"... offering their own advertising/content along with inet access. Obviously, X-stream revenues will come from advertisers. The main point is to get a large customer base... In the internet business, valuation is based more on customer base than cash flow... At this time, Lehman Brothers is working the issue of the NASDAQ listing. The NASDAQ listing will occur in July. The company is on the BB temporarily. Not supposed to be traded there, but has started already and will continue until NASDAQ listing. Listing on the European Exchanges will occur as well. According to the "Daily Express" article of 2 May, the valuation of X-stream when it goes to NASDAQ could be as high as 500-950M dollars, or roughly $15 a share... at the lower end of the valuation. The stock has been under accumulation be three funds based in Canada. Additionally, these funds are getting the stock in certificate form. Some of the above info gleaned from the various press outlets in the U.K. Some info came from a contact "very, very close to the company" More info coming when I get it. Standard Disclaimer applies... Do your own DD. I own 2500 shares. Tom
