Sonny blue: The fees depend on you broker. But if you have an account with them you can trade all you want, they are no load. The only fees are maintenance fees i believe, and they are very low. I don't remember the number off hand. And no you can't trade them like QQQ or XLK. SPDR's have much more freedom. Funds can only be traded once a day.
