RE:Edamo-Demographic GAP has caused people who are about ,on average 15 years "un-seasoned" to asceed to command in organizations,clubs,MM's etc etc.In short they have the power but LACK the wisdom.This was a causal effect, of course ,by the depression -low birth rate from 1932 till 1945.Now having enormous ramifications at this end of the working lives on the economy.There is a huge "WISDOM" gap.CEO's are supposed to be in their mid-60's -NOT 45-50.wbm
