Michelle, I understand your concern for fairness for the employees. My main concern, and that of management, I am sure, is, how does it affect the company? I am not worried about a payout to employee's affecting the stock price, I think the company is doing so well that the market will not discount the stock for it. The question was, could this kill the Ericsson deal? This cannot be allowed to happen. I am sure management will negotiate an end to this and make sure the deal goes though.
