Well John, the interesting thing about Contact-Pro is that it was being given away last year. Acquiring software like that is hardly valuable in this case. Especially when they have a groupware product that requires fairly complex installation and setup. Neither CSHK nor IDFR apparently has the resources to deploy such a product. Deploying the stand alone product that was being given away seems dubious at best. Have you noticed that the Contact-pro.com site is dead? conact-pro.com (Have you noticed also that Chris Ely is the web guy for that one too?) Looks to me like a failed product, being regurgitated by CSHK/IDFR with no real prospects for seeing successful deployment in any real numbers.
