I, too, am very happy with Fidelity. And I agree strongly that the Spartan Trading line could be faster. I've had better results dialing the regular brokerage numbers. What I dislike most, however, is going through phone menus, listening to their pre-recorded messages, etc. I think it would be a LOT better to be able to just dial one number and have a broker pick up the phone. Would be fantastic.
