<OT> Trading problems w/ Watley today. I have been handed a really hard lesson this morning. Is anyone else having the problems w/ Ultimate trader that i am? This morning i can't log in. I keep getting a message saying that i have a permissions conflict w/ www1.intsvs.com. I have called Watley 4 times, been cutoff by them once, promised a return call the second time and now 40 minutes later i am on hold w/ them again w/out a return call. Boy am i frustrated and out several k from being unable to trade and spending precious time & energy tying up my phone line trying to resolve this. Update, Apparently the problem is a routing problem in CA. and i am an idiot for trying to resolve it instead of tending to my trading. I am now out about 4 k in missed sales at this mornings good opening. The reason i am posting this here is that Watley is used by many traders here. The problem isn't with them seemingly, but there lack of responsiviness this morning has exacerbated a bad situation. The lesson to me is to trade first and then resolve these problems later. By trying to resolve the problem first i lost the opportunity to sell options at a profit on CSCO, BVSN, CMTO & didn't buy SWS which i had planned to do. I am mad at myself and still unable to access Ultimate trader nearly 2 hours into the session. Aargh. rod
