When did I ever say that any of you do not care for the Company? I just do not think that you have really thought through the ramifications of losing the NASDAQ listing:

1. For starters, with the possible delisting looming over our heads, why would any sophisticated investor want to put money into Tracer? And without money, there will be no new deals. Also, no other energy company of any value will be interested in merging with Tracer if it does not have the listing.

2. As to lowering the exercise price of the warrants, this would create a new "ceiling" for the stock, which the "pros" would use to keep the share price down. Ultimately, this would defeat the purpose of getting new money in through the exercise of the warrants since the price would stay too low for them to get exercised. And, the NASDAQ listing will have been lost in the process.

As opposed to your persistent name-calling, why don't you try to propose something constructive? For instance, why don't you propose a new resolution, to be voted on by the shareholders, suggesting that the warrant exercise price be lowered to $0.50? Or propose something else that you would like to see. But whatever you do, why not do something that allows all of the shareholders to have their say? This would be much more constructive than your ongoing grand-standing.

Now I have to go - I have a meeting regarding a potential deal for Tracer. Believe it or not, I look at a minimum of two potential new deals a day for Tracer.
