Thanks for the TIP. I looked into Waterhouse and you are correct. For that size trade (under 5000 shares, it would have been much cheaper).

However, I actually fare better where I am at with the size trades I do. Notice how much more the commission goes up at Waterhouse when you deal more than 5000 shares?

I get exceptional service from my broker and I would not switch to save a little commission. My actual cost for NASDAQ,AMEX, Options, etc, is much cheaper than $75, so don't get me wrong. By no means am I getting raked over the coals. But I have been considering opening a day-trading account, and Waterhouse looks appealing for short term dealing. Thanks again !
