In a significant departure from the norm, Greepan, near the close of his presentation advised all shareholders to vote against all management proposals on the XOMA proxy. He further said that he agreed with Texas Dude that changes of corporate domicile to less regulated countries are a greater threat to the American way than, the "Great Sucking Sound" predicted by an unknown, non S.I. poster who is however, also from Texas. After much fan fare, facts have demonstrated that the sucking sound never went much beyond the oval office.

Don't know much about his other comments, but sure agreed with him on his advice to vote against management proposals.
