I wouldn't rule out 16 or even more. PAIR's move today takes it out of a long basing pattern. At this point, it would be hard to argue that the trend for PAIR is not up (although I'm sure some will try). Of course, it's a foregone conclusion that Braindead.com will attribute all of today's move to takeover rumors.
