i use to think of elway somewhat as i did of buffalo's qb (he retired, and lost al those superbowls, i can not remember his name). i know reeves has been criticized, but keep in mind reeves never had a running game. elway clearly benefited from davis, without td, elway would have never made it to or won the last two superbowls. clearly denver could have gone to the superbowls and won with and average qb, including brister.

I suppose those two int's in superbowl were not poor reads. Yeah, right! Just great defensive plays. It all depends where you had your money and which direction to criticize. All I can guarantee is there will be no Falcons in the next 5 superbowls, if not more. For sure, not in the next two. This year's dirty birds appearance was a fluke. Broncoland was sure happy to have played the dirty birds instead of the Vikes. It was a gift! That No. 1 NFC offense and defense were made to look real silly. Game was over midway in third quarter.
