Humbly report, Obewon, new shares old shares, you know what? I don't really care.

New shares would have been dilution, and yo, I don't like dilution of my stock, period. I'll put up with it if I have to, but I don't like it, no matter how small. I just don't. Seen way too many stocks tank that way. Most all of them, in fact. (I know, I know, we both hold one that's the exception which proves the rule. ;-)

Anyway, as has been stated, 300 mil in the bank, no dilution, big, big synergy player on the team, stock price 50% higher than when he got in, onward ho.

What's the problem? You didn't get to chose how it was done?

I didn't either, but I like it, and wouldn't change a tahng 'bout it. :-)

Cheers,

Svejk
