THis post cracked me up. You and I are so terrible at housekeeping, we feel compelled to announce our accomplishments publicly and with great pride.

And I am proud OF YOU! I can't remember the last time my windows were washed--- two years ago, I think- I hired some company to do them.

You were in Houston? Practically next door. If you ever go through Dallas, make sure you tell me so I can meet you in the airport with a bottle of wine!

You're a stud.

This weekend I replaced the cheap sh*t slider in my house with a new expensive one from Home Depot. Double pane low E glass. Way cool. Took four of us 5 1/2 hours to remove the old one and install the new one. (Freddy playing Tom Sawyer, getting his neighbors to do all his work). And it took me 3 hours today to repair the stucco we tore out. I'm beat.
