ajs: Sorry to see you take that position and leave. I liked your posts and tried to say that in the first paragraph. You have misquoted my comment about you, and will print it again: "Have to agree with all posters today (except ajs) as to the actions of the Company in the past, and that there is little chance that they will ever change." I meant that most of us believe there is no new management and management will keep pumping out the same releases. For example, the release of 3/08 said that "an agreement has been reached" regarding the sale of Logan's shares. Now Conte says it will take some time! But, new directors were elected and new officers were appointed by the new directors. Now, the original deal has failed, but no mention of the election of "newer"directors and "newer" officers. The news media considers Logan to be a director, and Logan talks to Bond as if he were an officer. Please explain that. Also, you posted twice since my question to you as to when Conte told you about the deal failing and no money being collected on the note, and you don't respond. It is very important to me to know when that happened, as I too have had a conversation with Conte in the last week. I have also written him regarding these matters and he will not reply. I have posted these 4 questions repeatedly on two boards, he will not reply. Email me privately if you wish, you have my personal email address which I gave you privately last week. ajs, I have no battle with you. Just want factual information on which to base my decisions.
