FORE, on the other, is more like NN, they've got some nice products and really mediocre business management.

WT, the products part is true, the management part I have to leave to others to judge as I haven't followed them very long.

However, it's the customer relationships that LU coveted when they bought ASND. NN offers the same carrot to any would be acquirer. FORE is only recently focused on the carrier space, and doesn't have the breadth of customers that either ASND or NN bring to the table, in that space. So even though I agree that TDM isn't going to attract anyone, the ATM business is even larger than ASND's. Hence, I would have to guess that a $45 to $50 buyout price is not unreasonable, perhaps even higher.

As far as a longer term price target, it obviously all depends on execution. The market certainly seems there for the taking.
