Yes, the name of the country is America, but your immediate freedom can be summarily curtailed by the people with the power to make arrests, issue subpoenas, issue writs, etc. Then you find yourself in the adversary system and you have to fight or get trampled. And protecting yourself is costly and time consuming even when you have nothing to hide. And the only reason I became an SEC prisoner for 3 1/2 days, which is how long it took me to get that stuff together, was b/c I posted on this thread. No insider trades. No profits. No clandestine meetings. No friends in key places. Just participating in casual, entertaining net talk. I almost always injected IMHO which ought to be perfectly clear to anyone. But I recently got a post from Jane who said that my posts had innuendos in them suggesting that I know something and she implied that I got what I deserved. So obviously IMHO is not enough. It was not enough for Jane, and I am sure others think the same way she does. So I don't really have much to say anymore, not even for entertainment, except to say that anyone who buys or sells stock based on thread talk w/o also doing his (or her) own home work has only himself to blame. And by the way, this post is strictly IMHO.
