Thanks Darrell, As you can tell I have a philosophical disagreement with all things W-CDMA. As such I look at the claims with a jaundiced eye. But as I said, in their area of endeavor, GoldenBridge is really doing some interesting stuff. My problem is that I don't agree with the basic foundation on which it is all built. I have yet to hear a good argument as to why the asynchronous approach is superior or even desirable. I always keep my ears open though. And I'm always interested in what others have to say even though I'm bullheaded(stupid/ignorant). Walt
