SO, i have been a cautious bull during most of the market's recent advance. but based on developments in sentiment indicators i have become a lot more cautious lately. for the immediate future (1-3 weeks) i'm in the trading range camp. thereafter we could either see the much discussed blow-off to the upside (which would likely be followed by a true bear market) or some kind of a mini crash. but the market won't be docile, that much i am certain of. as we approach the may expiration (immediately after the FOMC meeting) tension will be building, followed by a violent resolution one way or the other.

regards,

hb

Possible H & S bottom forming on the IIX 10-minute chart. Also flirting with that downtrend line from 4/27 on the 60-minute chart. Might be a good entry time to buy dem nets if that right shoulder forms.
