I was responding to a post that was referring to Intel's performance from the time of its last high in the summer of '97. Most other non-semiconductor related technology stocks have done well since then. Intel has not. It is not Intel's fault as much as it has been an industry-wide problem.

Adam, I started this by pointing out based on yesterday's close that Intel had no crazy run up as another post said. Yes I picked a point in time that was an extreme run up but this chart shows that single company risk from that time has NOT been a good decision.

Of course you could look at 100 month of SPY vs INTC and we know INTC blows it away, I was just commenting after yesterday's frustrations.
