Here's a few possible solutions for you...

"THE PROBLEM: I am moving to a new address and will get a new computer
system. The computer I am using now will remain here and will be used by
someone else. Naturally I have a lot of web sites with pass words, etc.; also,
service I have paid for that come to mys system or to my e-mail. Is there a way to
strip this computer of what I have on it and transfer to a new system, while then
leaving it free for the other user to reconfigure it anew?"

1) (Easy for some, but sometimes troublesome) Copy the contents of the hard-drive to your new system. Although the hardware being used in the new system will be different, once you get past the hardware and driver installation, you'll have the same system as before (O/S wise).

2) Copy the data needed to a transportable media such as a CD-RW (if available) or a zip disk. You could then have your new system set up and then copy over your old settings. The big question is this...what date do you want to move over? Is it Netscape bookmarks, IE favorite lists, email settings (for what email program)

It's highly advised to remove the old programs on the original system and then re-install the software needed by the newer person. You never want to leave old settings behind (chances are you will leave them if you don't delete the program).

Like I said though, what is it exactly that you want to have moved over?
