I would be buying at these levels. I am sure insiders have taken advantage of the long trading halt and are accumulating by those who are panicking and have been tired of the long two month wait. Obviously it was disappointing not to see the stock take of on resumption of trading. One has to remember that there is not much stock out so was to the company's advantage to let the stock sink and start accumulating, this will make for a stronger advance as more stock will be locked up in stronger hands. Also don't forget VanTel will have to start reporting now as well and I think the market reaction will be very favourable when these results are reported.
There is also a $1 million due on June 30 to VanTel and I have heard that this will be taken care of by the private placement group excercising their one and two year options--this IMO is a real vote of confidence. I also understand there is movement taking place to get the company on to the Nasdaq market fairly quickly and when this takes place they won't have the stodgy VSE to worry about anymore.
