For the past 2 or 3 months, I have been threatened with lawsuits. It's like a stupid phenomenon that's sweeping the net. Everyone saying "watch what you say", or "you could be held libel". Well you know what, you can all bite me. If these companies had any case at all, if anything I have said were not true, then they would have already sued. You can be damn sure, if I went on the IBM board and said damaging things about its CEO that I could not prove, I'd be sued the next day. And yet, I have not received a single notice. You know why. Because companies like SHAL and ZSUN don't have the balls to sue me. They know what my attorneys would find once they started snooping around their executive office suite. People who live in glass houses do not through stones.

I will not comment to the merits of SHAL...that is to be determined. I would, however, like to supply a link about "9 red flags"...a checklist that offers some of the ways you can spot manipulative posters. Please check out this link and then ask how many of the warning signs you see on this thread....(and try doing some "author searches" on the detractors...they seem to work in concert.) stockhouse.com I find it hard to believe that the detractor's on this thread are here for virtuous reasons...they don't disclose sources, supply links to where the information came from, or make it clear when quoting multiple sources who it is they are quoting. They also post the same information numerous times, which violates SI's policies. I would have preferred not to post at all on this thread...when a community is besieged, most rational folks stay away. The dominance of a few on this thread is disconcerting; their antics most annoying...
